3) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for digital consent, you must meet that higher age.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us at
[email protected]if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. - We may offer sign-in using email/password, Google, multi-factor authentication, or other methods we choose.
- We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or restrict account creation where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.
4) Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payments
- We may offer free, promotional, trial, and paid plans.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
- Payments are processed through Stripe or another processor we designate. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges for subscription fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.
- Pricing, included features, monthly or periodic credit allowances, usage thresholds, and plan entitlements may differ by plan and may change over time.
- If payment fails, we may retry the charge, require an updated payment method, downgrade your access, suspend paid features, or terminate the applicable subscription.
- Unless required by law, all charges are non-refundable once billed.
- If applicable law gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right, that right will apply to the extent required by law and only to the minimum extent required by law.
- Promotional pricing, promo codes, free periods, and similar offers may be limited, withdrawn, changed, or made subject to additional terms at any time.
Subscription Changes
- We may change subscription prices, included credits, usage allowances, plan features, billing structures, renewal terms, or other commercial terms.
- Where required, we will give notice before such changes take effect.
- For paid subscriptions billed through Stripe or another recurring billing system, changes generally take effect from the next billing cycle or renewal date in accordance with the pre-agreed billing terms applicable to your subscription.
- If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to cancel before the next renewal.
5) Credit System
The Service may use an internal credit system to meter feature usage.
- Credits are a contractual usage unit within the Service. They are not bank deposits, stored value, e-money, personal property, or a currency.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Different features and operations may consume different numbers of credits.
- Credit costs may vary by feature, model tier, output type, regeneration, plan, promotion, region, or other factors we determine.
- We may change at any time:
- the number of credits included with any plan;
- the number of credits required for any feature or operation;
- which actions consume credits;
- whether credits expire, roll over, reset, or are forfeited; and
- whether certain features are limited, paused, or unavailable at a given credit level.
- Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific plan or promotion, unused credits do not roll over after the applicable subscription period.
- If your account lacks sufficient credits, we may block the relevant action until credits are added, renewed, restored, or otherwise made available.
- We may correct billing or credit errors at any time, including by adjusting balances or reversing improperly applied credits.
6) AI Features, Model Selection, and Generated Output
- The Service may use one or more AI providers and model families, including but not limited to OpenAI and AWS Bedrock-based services.
- We may route requests across different providers, models, prompt configurations, safety layers, or processing pipelines.
- We may change, add, remove, substitute, downgrade, or upgrade models or providers at any time, with or without notice.
- Model selection may differ by subscription tier, feature, workload, geography, availability, latency, safety rules, or cost.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any specific model, provider, model version, response format, latency, or output style.
